Well, that's a litle bit hard to xplain. It has hapened almost 3 times and I wish you not to live it.
Imagine you are dreaming about something that looks like real and you are comfortable there, in your dream, but sudenly you feel something strange, a feeling coming out from the dream and you want to wake up because you have noticed that you are in a dream and you wanna know what's hapening in your room.
Now imagine you can't wake up, you focus your mind really hard but you can't wake up. Finaly, after some tryings you get it, you've finally wake up.
You have wake up but now, you can't move, you can't talk and you can't do anything apart from see and think and you feel something strange in you room. The only thing I can do when this hapens to me is return to my dream in order to wake up in a normal way.
I don't know why this hapens but I know that some other people are also afected by this strange xperience. If this topic has been comented previusly, i apologize.

Some of what you described is sleep paralysis. It is covered elsewhere and quite well explained I might add.
As far as knowing when you are dreaming and having a hard time waking up, I have had many dreams of being aware I was dreaming. But I must say I never had a problem waking up. That must be an unnerving experience.

Ive had those dreams were you realise your in a dream, If you use your imagination, you can sometimes take control of the dream, When this happens, i can sometimes make myself sleep for even long.

Try seeing a doctor if the Unable to wake up disturbs you, Or try to make us of it (Sounds funny, but you'll understand if your able to do it).

Thanks a lot, Xeno. Yes, sometimes i've also take control of the dream I was dreaming in order to fly or have fun, but the fact is that I feel something strange and I want to wake up I don't know why...

It is sleep paralysis, Nu Crow. If its troublesome, there are some medications known to suppress it to an extent. Have yourself evaluated by a neurologist that specializes in sleep disorders. Sleep paralysis, though, is fairly common and not necessarily indicative of an underlying disorder or disease. But again, if its troublesome then speak to a sleep specialist because if its occuring frequently then you'll want to rule out narcolepsy and sleep apnea.

Nu Crow, in the circumstances of sleep paralysis you just show a reaction which sounds in control compared to many I've read, believe me, you have a trick by which you exactly do according to how it works, I've seldom read this, in most cases people need some time to come to a bit of self-control while it lasts for many minutes of panicking.

It can happen as well with people who meditate and change their state of consciousness. It has to do with the physical signals being more stilled in combination with a vivid mental experience which is detached from the awareness of the actual physical impressions on the body during your sleep (like in dreams, like in meditation).

It should be the sign that consequently, you are not "viewed" by "something" in your room, but that this has to do with a charge of unease or tension in yourself which you can now more clearly feel with other senses stilled. Starting to contrast with a nice situation. It's part of you that deserves attention, may have to do with some frustration in someone's own past. If youre alone while this happens, if you believe in a loving God or Origin may I ask to place trust in that? I'm pretty sure since it's of our life energy, that it loves us even more than we do ourselves and that we're indeed never alone in our rooms.
Best wishes
