Ledger was found dead in an apartment in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City on January 22, 2008. Ledger's body was found around 3:26pm by a housekeeper and a massage therapist, who entered the bedroom to find him unconscious in bed with sleeping pills nearby. Police do not suspect foul play and have not ruled out suicide or an accidental overdose.

All I can say about his death is that it is receiving way too damn much press coverage compared to what happened today and actually matters (the stock market nearly crashing).

I thought he was good in a Knights Tale, and the ''historical joke'' that was The Patriot....still sad when a person dies

Compare his press coverage to Aaliyah's. To this day I still hear way too much about her, and, personally, I think she had far less talent than Heath.

this is one subject, i know a little about, it was accidental,he did not commit suicide, he loved life, his daughter and acting, thers no doubt in my mind he was stressed out, like "he said "and accidentally took to many sleeping pills,god i respected him and loved his work,and by the way he was not,a drug addict.
