Marie-Louise Theile: A Rosewood woman believes she has proof that there really is life out of this world. Nicole Compton captured images with her video camera that she says are of a UFO hovering near her house.

Andrew Leahy: Its a view thats out of this world, but early this morning Nicole Compton saw something through her bedroom window that sent shivers down her spine.

Nicole Compton: In the sky there was just a really awesome bright white light, like just really blindingly like white.

Andrew Leahy: Eerily it was the crying of her two year old that woke her, the Rosewood mother of two grabbed her video camera and captured these images just after three this morning.

Nicole Compton: I'm not one to believe in that kind of thing but I reckon it might have been a UFO .

Andrew Leahy: She woke her husband Matt who was pessimistic at first but he couldn't explain the light either.

Matt Kanofski: Obviously it was something different, there was no noise you know like a plane or a chopper.

Andrew Leahy: She even woke her sister who lives twenty minutes away and made her look out her window to verify it was really there. Ironically enough where Nicole lives is called 'The Bluff', and with Amberly Airbase just 15 km away the skeptic's would say the lights had to be an aircraft, but the RAAF have assured us that they had nothing in the air at that time.

While it could be a weather balloon the Bureau of Meteorology says thats highly unlikely. While astronomers from Brisbane Planetarium believe it could have been Venus rising .

Nicole Compton: I've never seen anything like that it was pretty frightening really.

Andrew Leahy: No matter the theories Nicole says she knows what she saw and says she'll never forget it.

what do u people think?, when i saw the original STS video i knew it looked strange as i posted here before.. but some people here think its nothing more than space debris.. pff

things for non believers to think about.

i would just like you to consider a few things before dismissing life out there. first, other dimentions exist theoretically. second, in einstiens theory of relativity nothing states that time travel isnt possible. third, the universe is still expanding at a rapid rate, whats not saying the stuff that made us is still flying aroud out there?. Lastly, our planet is a hell of a lot younger than everything else? or most planets out there.

ouija questions - merged

ok so i have more ouija questions, i have still not tried it yet as i think il be paranoid if i get unexpected results. anyway, is it possible for me to get answers from the board if i asked it a question about somebody that i know over the internet? if so, how do i go about asking? and what are the chances of getting a correct answer? also i was wondering if safer to use it in the conservatory should my first experience be unpleasant.. thoughts?

I bought a ouija board from ebay.

My question, do these things really work?, well, that is not really my main question. I want to know if it is to do with your mind, or is it actually spirits?

i told my grandpa about these not long ago, he said they are not to be messed with.. and i never really figured him to believe in this kind of stuff.

I also asked some guy at the bar that used one, he also said that he wouldnt use one again.. he had some experience that it spelt out his grandmothers name, and he hasnt used one since.. though he would not tell me if he had his hand on the planchette.

My father also had an experience with one of these when he was younger, he says the glass moved on its own for some seconds after he and his friends that were with him stopped playing.

ok, so is there really something bad about these? my sister also is against using them.. all i want to do is see what its all about, though i dont want anything bad to happen.. i might not even try using it in my house, it might be outside somewhere.

oh and last question, do these work if only 1 person tries using it?
