"Suddenly we heard something - a weird noise as if someone was throwing stones. "We looked to one side and saw that the grass was moving. To begin with we thought it was a dog but when we saw this gnome-like figure begin to emerge we were really afraid." Jose added that other locals had come forward to say they had spotted the gnome. He said: €œThis is no joke. We are still afraid to go out - just like everyone else in the neighbourhood now. Damn, that video looks reasonably genuine
Prolly a monkey dressed up in kid's clothes though  Here's a still shot

I looked at the high res video and noticed they actually flashed a flashlight on the gnome for about half a second. After a couple of attempts, I captured the look. Damn, this is creepy. Tell me they went through all the trouble to build a computer generated gnome for a half-second flash of light on its face...

the source is the sun, but the vid looks pretty real, I don't think that they would go through the trouble to actually do that, but then again it could be some midget in a pointy hat,

I really don't think that's a "gnome". Who ever was screaming must lead a very boring life. That thing wasn't anywhere near scary. If it bothers you, punt it.

I would have seen a carear in movies and sideshow acts and snatched the little bugger up and put him in a potato sack. Forced him to sign a contract with me as his agent.
