SD....that is a beautiful pic of a snow leopard....however it could have been taken anywhere.....including a zoo...imo I'd doubt kentucky

The picture is to give the reader an idea of what the animal looks like. It is not the picture of it.

After doing some searching it appears that this captured cat may have been an escape that took place in Sheperdsville, Kentucky.

Just wandering "might have escaped"? If it escaped from a zoo wouldn't it more then likely be known then? Well unless someone kept one of these creatures as a pet then maybe it could be better for it to escape as I've heard of the people that keep these big cats as pets and treat them horrible.
