I know this probably sounds far fetched, but think about for a moment. What if the end of the world was because of zombies. Do you think we will ever be able to "bring dead cells back to life"? And what would be the effects of that? I saw Resident Evil and thought, that doesn't sound very impossible. then I saw the opening title sequence in the new Dawn of the Dead and thought if zombies ever did become part of reality, that is what would happen around the world. What would you do if that ever happened? I'd probably go crazy because everyone I know would most likely be dead (I probably would too). But I geuss if you think it through, surviving it for atleats a while wouldn't be that hard. Hold up in a house or building that has all windows and doors leading to the outside blocked. When you begin to run out of food is the problem. what do you think about this?

Problem is with Zombies, is that they can't have sex (So no baby zombies), or use guns, only basic motor skills...
I think we could take them.

One good thing about humanity is our emotions , If the Zombies kills people we care about, We could go completly crazy and even a little kid would be able to take ones head right off.

running out of food/water would be a big problem that why living in the wild skills would be extremely valuable -also it would be important to know if eating raw or cooked zombie flesh would be possible or is it like mad cow disease where cooking is useless in preventing it ...at least from what i understand

If you eat Zombie flesh, You turn to one too, By blood transfering i think, Also, the flesh probally would be tainted with the diesease.

well....i think they still need a brain to move. im pretty sure that even if the body was reaminated it would still need the brains eleltric signals to make moment, so shooting a zombie in the head would probally work, or massive head trauma. at least i hope so cuz little hacked off zombie bits would be worse that a whole zombie......imagine zombie hands, ears ect coming at you....they would be alot harder to hit. esspecially if they can some how hop at semi fast speed. lol a ear tryin to bite you lol

Zombies are the corpse that are reanimated. Their the literal "Living dead". It'd be possible to kill one, seeing as their living again. I say we nuke 'em... Would nukes kill zombies?

A zombie holocaust is actually very plausible. It would be caused by a retro virus that enters the host through the blood stream, infecting the cells. When the virus is carried to the brain (it would require a living brain) it would attack the brain cells and infect them. The victim would go into a comatose state,but they wouldn't be dead. The virus would mutate the brain into an independent living organism made up of infected cells, it requires no air or food. After the mutation is complete, the host would awaken as a zombie, driven by a purpose to destroy and infect other life forms via biting and "eating". Since the mutated brain is the only "living" part of the host, only by destroying it would the host be fully dead. If a virus like this does not exist, then I would be very surprised if the government isn't engineering one like it to create super soldiers. Sort of like RE.

ANd in that case wars would be more easily won by us at first, until veryone stars using zombies as soliders. The nthe world would really be a zombie world! lol.

If the government even used these supersoldiers once,it could release a zombie epidemic.

A zombie apocolypse is indeed more than likely somewhat plausable. I have read some time ago about a misquito that would bite humans similar to malaria effects. Apparently the corpse would come back to lifefor around 10 mins sometime after death.

With all this stem cell research, cloning and geneticly altered foods, I'd say that makes the scenario about 10X more likeley.

I love zombie movies, and I love the aspect of preparation and teamwork that leads to the survival. It's all very adventurous. But when I come to killing someone I love that has become a zombie, the dream shatters. I don't think I could kill my girlfriend, no matter how fucked up she was.

Having said that, I would set up a pad with all my relatives and loved ones and stuff, lock them all up, provide them animal meat (or dead humans, if need be), and in the meantime fight the rest of them. Sellfish, I know. Every person I would kill would mean something to someone. But war is hell!.... " The horror.... The horror..."
