Alien writing?

Okay, about 6 months ago, I started writing in my journal, and the words slowly turned into scribbles, and then into this. I wrote this stuff steadfastly for about 3 days, then the inspiration stopped and now I can barely copy it. At no time have I had any clue what it means, and no one has been able to identify it. At the time, I was very stressed out. When I try psychic writing, this stuff comes out then, too, but harder to make out. I can only find a few repeating symbols, which I'm guessing my be punctuation marks or linking words like "and" or "or". I'm thinking maybe its like Japanese, where every word has its own character(s). Has anyone seen anything like this?

Strange Dream

I had a weird dream last night. I was riding my bike down a street near my house, and I looked up in the sky, and there were these beautiful lights up there, shaped like other planets hanging in the sky. It was so amazing I just sat there and stared at it. It finally dissappeared, and I walked over to this shopping center where this guy said it was some kind of new technology that created holograms in space by refracting light particles or something along those lines.
Then, as I was riding my bike through the parking lot, three huge flying saucers flew over the shopping center, heading towards my neighborhood. I started riding home as fast as I could, and on a street near my house, one of the saucers flew straight into the ground and went right through it, like phasing or something.
I got to my street and saw two figures in spacesuits riding little cart things up my street. I ran up to them and asked them who they were. They took off their helmets and looked mostly like humans- a fairly young male with dark hair and a blonde female. They took off the suits and I saw they had a lot of burns and weird marks on their bodies. Also, their hands were gnarled and had claws. I asked them if they were okay, because of the burns. They said that "they" did it to them, and hinted that "they" were something like government researchers for the US. They seemed sad that their bodies had been mutated. They didn't seem to know where they were, and I offered to take them back to my place after I stopped by my parents' house. They said they wanted me to help them. I told them to hide because my parents would freak out if they saw them. I went into my parents' house, and I'm pretty sure there was more dream after that but I can't remember it. None of this dream was unpleasant or frightening.

Weird Stuff

I'm not sure if this is even the right place to post this, but I've heard some people relate this to ET experience. For about four years now, I've been having what I suppose are weird psychic experiences.
The strangest thing is that street lights continuously go out when I walk by them. I thought I was the only one who experienced this before reading about it happening to other people. This happens on a pretty regular basis, though not all the time. Sometimes it is days or weeks between incidents. Also, quite a few times I have gotten up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and found that none of the lights in my house work. I try turning them on for several minutes...nothing. The next day, they work again. This has also happened a couple of times during the day, but not nearly as often because I don't use artificial light much during the day. This seems to happen mostly at my parent's house, though I moved out a few months ago, though it has also happened at my apartment.
Also, at times I seem to absorb other people's emotions and occasionally read their thoughts almost word for word. I also feel sudden tingling sensations, like my whole body is covered in some type of fast-moving energy particles. Once again, this seems to happen in random intervals. Does anyone else experience things like this?

Okay, here's another, much more recent strange story I have to share. Its not that much, really, but I found it extremely odd. About a week ago, I woke up with multiple small, round bruises all up and down my left arm and my left leg. I have no idea how this could have happened in my sleep. My boyfriend does't remember anything happening that night, but then, he sleeps like a log. Once he's out, there's pretty much no way to wake him up until he feels like getting up. Also, my eyes have been very irritated lately. I feel like there is something inside of them, especially my right eye. I suppose that part could just be allergies, as mine have been rather bad lately. I read that a lot of people that get weird marks like this get them on their left side? Any ideas what could have caused it?
