i think what is being shown is a alien ufo, capturing a human ufo, trying to get a closer look... you can see an orange tractor beam..

It is not a alien UFO. So it could very well be a balloon or other light weight object tethered with rope or something.

could be a balloon, but i doubt it. it is not getting smaller or moving, if they were balloons, at the height they are at, they would be flapping in high winds., and the string would not be very visible, unless it is some type of mesh braid, which i highly doubt, the string looks more like a particle beam of some sort, and you can see that the circular disk is not moving, but the triangular object seems to orbit the circular ufo, if they were ballons, they would be swirling and climbing, moving left and right, wherever the wind takes them, you can see, that is not the case. also if it were a string, as the triangular object circles the circulaar ufo counterclockwise, it would wrap, or pul it, or should cause some reaction, it didnt. instead it stayed in a steady orbit.

My friends and I used to make balloons for the purpose of UFO hoaxes, and the nice thing about them, even the very fragile balsa wood / dry cleaner bag ones that we made, was that they're very capable of handling even stout winds. The reason is that they're not hanging there "flapping in high winds" as you say, they're going with the wind. In a 15 or 20 mph wind, they're also going 15 or 20 mph, so that the surrounding atmosphere is quite calm, relative to the balloon. |

the way that the circular ufo is planted while the other circles it pretty much eliminates the balloon excuse for me... i have yet to see a balloon that does not move while in the air...

it does look a bit like a baloon or parachute,but it is not that clear..and a bit too shaky too distinguish.as unfortunatley seems to be an occurring theme with video sightings.
