First off I want to be very clear that I will never(willingly) claim to haver seen something or experienced something I did not. There are many things I believe in I have not experienced. And some of the strange things I have personally experienced could have mundane explanation so I reach for no conclusions to them. However, there has been those experiences that I have no doubt what so ever to them and feel quite confident in my conclusions of them. Telekinesis is one of them...

My experiences with the paranormal and psychic phenomena started at about the age of 5 or 6, so that got my interest started and by the time I was in my late teens early twenties it was as full blown as it was going to get.
I had read many books about ESP, ghosts, Astral Projection and mind over matter. It was all very interesting to me but for some reason OOBEs and telekinesis held my interest the most. I had experienced Astral Projection numerous times as a child and young adult. But telekinesis seemed so far out so wild, I just had to find out if this were a fact or wild fantasy. By this time I had read the book Magic and Mystery in Tibet, Super Minds and several other books including one on Uri Geller and Mathew Manning but I needed to experience it and or see it for myself.
In 1979 I read an article in The National Enquirer about the man offering a seminar to teach spoon bending(no it wasn't free, and I do not recall the cost...sorry),the man's name was Lawrence Kennedy.
So in july of that year I took a vacation and was off to Lake Tahoe. The 3 or 4 day class was interesting but when it came time to try to bend a spoon or fork...nobody got nothing. One fellow was a football player or ex...I do not recall which. He got upset and demanded Lawrence to do a demonstration so we all can see this done. Now, the day before I went to a garage sale and bought a plastic bag full of old silver plated dinnerware. I had many of them lying on the carpet next to me. One was a very large serving spoon or table spoon. It had a much thicker neck than the regular spoon. Lawrence wore a short-sleeve shirt and to my surprise reached down and picked up that very spoon! I was astonished to watch that spoon as he gently rubbed it only a couple of times and the bowl of it started to bend until it was nearly doubled over!! No way was there any trick involved. I couls attest to the fact that there was nothing at all special about that spoon. He handed it back to me and after inspecting it I found nothing unusual about it.
Well...as you can imagine, that experience really effected me and got me all fired up. Now I was convined it had to be true. Still I knew the final and best experience of them all had to be able to do it myself.
After getting back home the next couple of years I focused more on books about it and saw for the first time(that I recall) Nina Kulagina performing telekinesis on video. That fired me up all the more. I said to myself...if so much as one single person in the world can do it...then anyone should be able to do it. It will just take a lot of time patience and work and it had to be done in a way that would hold the best chance for that possible sucess.
So, in 1981 I worked out a program that would dicipline my mind and teach me to better and more coherently focus my thoughts. I also incorporated 10 minutes practice time to try to make an object move under sheer will power and using a regular deck of playing cards tried to see in my mind's eye what each card exactly was before being turned over(this I had been doing for many years).
I had adopted a strict vegetarian diet and always got lots of rest.
During the 9 months up to my night of sucess I started noticing changes. I seemed to always know who was calling before picking up the phone. On several ocassions I thought of them, got the urge to pick up the phone and found they had just dialed my number and I answered before the phone could ring!!
I had many many lucid dreams and astral projection experiences. My hits on the cards were significantly beyond chance. I even dreamed about scenes in a movie that had not been shown in theaters yet and were NOT in the trailers!! I would say things and often have people asking me how I knew they were going to ask about that. I won at card games ridiculesly often and most people refused to play cards with me any more.. While for me it was most entertaining to others, they were a little spooked by it and a couple of times openly stated that.
It was early October I believe when I had finished my meditations and moved on to make another attempt at moving an object by thought alone. My routine was to always use nonmagnetic items and use a marble to check the levelness of the surface I was to place the object on. The objects I chose were often times an empty pop can, pencil or of similar weight. I didn't want to use an item that could be easily influenced by breath or any wind currents. Since the only thing I had handy was my eyeglasses I decided to use them even though they were a little heavier.
I sat down and began my focused thought. Always in the same direction and speed. After a very short time I noticed the galsses started to move at the speed and direction my thoughts were commanding!!! I was stunned. Could it Be?!!! I got up and checked for a loose thread from my clothing. I rechecked the level of the desk and that the glasses were nonmagnetic. I walked around the room in rapid thought and then sat back down to see if I could do it again...and I could!!!! At that moment I felt a mental high no drug could possibly equal. I had finally achieved and convinced myself, with no doubts in the least, the absolute validity in the phenomena.
With that all desire to continue drained completely from me. I had told myself from the very beginning that I needed to do this to convince myself. I basically had preprogrammed myself to loose interest once my goal had been reached.

In case some are wondering...yes I did start an instruction book on the program I used but never finished it. Dunno if I ever will.

So there people take it as you so desire, but for me...there is no question...telekinesis is very very real.....

Excellent blog post SD. As you no doubt know, everyone tested under controlled conditions for TK, PK etc has failed to
demonstrate any supernatural abilities. I have no doubt that TK is very real to those that believe in it.

    Nina Kulagina did not fail.
Neither would of I back then.

Interesting SD - I don't understand why you quit as soon as you succeeded though, especially after all that time and effort - had you no interest in moving larger and larger objects further and further, and showing people these apparent supernatural abilities you had attained?

I quit because I had reached my goal and that was to prove to myself the reality or nonreality of the phenomena. I succeeded in the former and I just did not have the needed ambition to continue at that point.
Yes, deniks, to continue I would of had to maintain my regime, and that was demanding.
