You have done all you can for now and I know it won't stop you worrying. But as said before no one can live her life and now she must find out for herself.
Just be there for her if she needs support and hopefully she will see through this guy, sooner rather than later.

I'm sorry to hear she has gone ahead and done the deed, it amazes me how love blinds us. Just keep an eye on her and make sure she knows you are there for her if she needs help.

That is very true. I know women and men who are in miserable marriages and stay because they don't want to be alone. It makes me very angry. I have a good friend who's boyfriend almost killed her when he was in a drug induced psychotic state, and after about 6 months she went back to him convincing herself it was the drugs that caused him to do this, that he had nothing to do with it. I just don't understand!!
Well, if he was on LSD at the time then it was most definetly the drug...
No, alcohol and pot. Apparently he is ok if he doesn't have any drugs, but if he does it could happen again. I personally couldnt go anywhere near him again if I was her.

Feelings and needs aside, sometimes it literally takes years for either spouce to make up their minds to quit. Sometimes they have a little help by an extramarital affair. That usually seals it.
