you should have seen the university on wednsday. a compilation of the most incompetent california drivers you've ever seen. it took me 40 minutes to use the off-ramp and go half a mile away to the parking garage. people were scared to go over 10 MPH.
Then the second the snow melted, and they could driver normal speeds... they started driving just as shitty as all california drivers normally do.
