Cosmic Log - Solar blast heading our way
Here comes another one. For those folks nearer the poles; get your cameras ready, there should be some cool Bi Frost Bridge action this weekend. Take some pictures to share with your latitude challanged friends.

There were two Class M Solar Flares within 18 hrs as follows :
Wednesday, 1-18-2012
SOLAR FLARE M 1.7 Active Region 1401
2:04 pm EST maxed 2:12 ended 2:27 pm
Thursday, 1-19-2012
SOLAR FLARE M 3.2 Active Region 1402 N 28 E 27
8:44 am EST maxed 11:05 pm ended 12:50 pm
The first one lasted approximated 23 minutes
The second one lasted for over 4 hours.
I have already noted a significant increase of reactions upon the Earth,
although the News Media has stated the effects will be felt most
tomorrow, 1-21-2012
