I'm trying to figure our where Nova RObotics is.
In the movie Short Circuit they were located in Washington.
On their site they have a flag of Texas.

The Nova Robotics referred to in the movie was a fictional company created specifically for the movie itself. They could only create a 'fictional' company as they would be open to litigation if such a company really existed. It may be however that since then a genuine 'Nova Robotics' has emerged but I can't find it on a company search. I believe that somewhere out there, there is a company called Nove Robotics.
