For anyone who's never been to the Louvre, her painting is a complete dissapointment.

I had heard somewhere that they believed Mona Lisa might be DaVinci in drag. haha! Wouldnt that be dope! I think one part of the eye is thought to have initials, maybe the other eye contained his other name? No idea

It took him years to finish the Mona Lisa. There are different facial features underneath the top paint.

As an artist myself i frequently save an unfinished painting and create two different works, taking it into two different directions, i will make the same painting have two outcomes, simply because i see that it has numerous possibilities, its called serendipity.
Da vinci was renounded for being a "sexual recluse" meaning that he found the idea of sex, repulsive, i suspect, through my own extensive study of his extrodianary life that he was in fact a closet transexual.
In the 14th & 15 th century when da vinci lived, he fraternised with kings, tyrants and popes (infact he was the only man in ALL of italy that was allowed to study anatomy simply because he was good friends with the pope of the time) If he had suggested that he was not like his friends, & "came out of the closet" he would have become an outcast.
If you take a look at the self portrait made by leonardo, (this has never been proved to be a self portrait however) its dimensions are exactly the same as the mona lisa, also the pose in which he sits is also the same.
Da Vinci WAS a closet transexual in my own eyes, and i say this even though he is my greatest Idol, the best minds are always the strangest. after all, Einstien, divorced his wife after discovering E=MC2 and then married his cousin!
The point is that all truly extrodinary minds are extrodinary becuase they are NOT like yours, they are individuals, not copies of copies. Appreciate them for what they are, and accept them for what they have achieved.

Also, da vinci was obsessed with the idea suggested by Marcus Vituvious (100BC) the idea that the human body is an analogy for the universe. (Phi 1-1.618) he was a complete genius, I wouldnt be surprised if the entire painting is a mathematical formula that he has yet to diclose.
