Default Nasa shutting down space telescope?

Lately things have been getting very weird, maybe its just coincidence. I just don't understand what they are accomplishing with some of the stuff they are doing, what are they trying to hide?

    It is a budget thing.
To map infrared the sensor requires coolent.
Which has a cost per pound to put it there.
None of these things are open ended, everything they do has a cost.
NASA has more wish list than they do budget.
    Whatever works, use it.

A good idea stands on its own value independent of authorship.
If it stands or falls on the credibility of the author, maybe it isn't such a good idea.

That's actually kinda close to the truth...
NASA's funding has ran out, and it had ran out of Hydrogen coolant.
NASA's diminished budget for the project meant it couldn't do anything. But it was given the ability to use the functionary which was left for a final mission.

I really can't bring myself to believe Nasa's 'funding' has run out. Considering trillions go missing every year (or so we are told) I have to think some of that goes to Nasa or at the very least, a Rogue company much like Nasa so something else is amiss in my opinion.

Not the complete funding, but they're given a certain budget that they're allowed to use for a certain project, and often they have to go through a mass of red tape to get more.
By time they clear that process, the satellite has overheated and crashed somewhere.

The budget keeps getting cut because the governments have far more advanced technology that is doing the same job - that real people dont know about

and the whole interacting with other alien species - *hey man got any maps and pictures of this part of space* sure - we have much more information than that for you

So why waste millions on the show!
