bart....I agree....its likely any manned deep space missions in the future will be launched from a moon base. As we begin spending more time on the moon in the next 100 years or so, I have no doubt we'll be learning about lunar geology as we go along.

It could back the theory up, plus I added more links Only a theory.

The aliens millions of years ago towed the Moon here then inserted it into orbit around the Earth . They hollowed it out for use as a base long long ago.. all the entrances and exits are on the dark side away from prying human eyes.. we have been scrutinised ad infinitum.

What scientific evidence leads you to believe that the moon was towed to its current location and set into orbit?

i remember reading somewhere that the moon rocks are much older than the earth maybe a billion years or so.
