i had this sleep paralysis awhile ago maybe 6 monthes, i will never forget. i awoke to not being able to move, and something was pulling on my bedspread. my bedspread was touching the ground at the time. i could not move an inch i was completly frozen, either in fear or whatever. somthing started tugging on my sheet and it was close to my neck and i could not move and it started to run up my sheet i thought it was a mouse or rat for sure but i could not move then it got about 2 inches away from my face. i felt it and heard it crawling closer and closer to my face. then finally i could move and i jumped up turned on my light and searched my room corner to corner for whatever it was. NOTHING. i went to the bathroom went back and got in my bed and turned on the t.v. then i saw on the mtv channel madonna being interviewed on the red carpet with a tall man wearing a mouse mask that looked very real i couldnt tell if it was a mask. his face was like a mouse and he had a big orange hat on and an orange suit. i got so scared i started praying that i dont ever want to see what aliens look like. maybe this is what some aliens look like, i dunno but i was so terrified at that moment i prayed that it would leave my presence immediatly. this was deffinitly not the best way for an alien to make contact with me becuase i was wanting to have contact but not with a freakishly scary looking one. a giant mouse man. has anyone else had anything as crazy as this happen? oh ya and by the way i tryed watching the same show that i saw the alien on but it was never there. becuase it was a rerun.

Ok.. all I got from that is you couldn't move, you felt/heard something moving around near you and.. now you think Madonna's being visited by rat aliens?? You could've been dreaming?

i wasnt dreaming becuase i got up and searched my room for maybe 5 minutes, went to the bathroom and got back in bed to watch t.v. so i was definitly awake, then i saw the rat alien with madonna. i watched the same rerun show and nothing.

Ruy.. I have had that experience too.. sort of the same but no entity around me. Sleep parylisis, fear or whatever, snapping myself out of it, getting up, investigating, including outside, with a strange sense of someone watching me.. turned on the TV, seen some wacked out things... went back to bed, caught the same show later on, and it wasnt the same.. sounds crazy but I know what u mean. And the show I just happened to turn on as it began was the old school Sightings, that used to come on early in the a.m. and then like 7:30 in the a.m. The show was suppoed to be the same one, you know a replay of the earlier. I Thought I was the only one. Makes me want to research this. Crazy thing in the show was 2 things.
1st. Right before the experience, I had a paranormal dream of a glowing symbol, strikingly similar to a celtic cross. Then I had the sleep paraylisis. etc.. etc.. turned on the TV flipped right to the show, which was wierd, because I always had to use the guide on the satellite, and the opening credits started, with it beggining with a crop circle in the exact shape of the symbol i just had in the dream. Freaked me out.
2nd. The first story they had was of alien abductions, and their re-enactment was of my freaking road and looked identical to my house. I shit you not. I went to sleep, woke up a bit later checked the TV guide to see what time it came back on, (same desrciptions for both shows might I add) and set my alarm clock. When i got up and watched the next showing, eyes glued on the TV, there was no crop circle. Next the beggining was the same except where the re eneactment started, it was a whole different shot altogether. I don't what the hell happened and stillcan't explain it to this day. I do feel a bit of relief that someone had a similar experience, but at the same time a little nervous. I know.. sounds crazy.

thank mindset i thought i was the only one this thing happened to myself. i think maybe in some way somthing is trying to tell us something. maybe since we seek the truth about these matters they are manifesting themselves in strange ways like these

Hey RuyLopez, I think I remember the first time you posted a thread about this a while back, but I never responded to it. Just like to ask you how old are you? How long have you been an sleep paralysis(SP) experiencer and how often does it happen? As a life long experiencer who has very vivid SP dreams I'll be the first to tell you that its a lot simpler than aliens and all that. It can be very bizzare sometimes but don't mistake SP for an alien encounter or visitation. I've had experiences where I'm lifted out of bed to a standing position and someone is standing behind me choking me out. As real as it seems, its not real and it doesn't have anymore meaning than any other dream. Its just a different way of dreaming and thats all.

im 24 jericho. i believe you that it cant harm you physically. ive had sp only a few times 5 at most. most of the time its scary creatures running across my bed towards my head. one time i woke up with a huge spider hanging by a spider line about 5 inches from my face. and one time i woke to a huge snake slithering towards my face. each time i get up and search my room for what i saw too. now that i think about it i have been having alot of sp lately awaking to someone in my room trying to steal my wallet, the wallet sp has happened alone about 5 times. last time i got up and moved my wallet and went back to bed and the next day was searching for my wallet. lol.
