I am confined to a wheelchair. I have this recurrent dream of running and taking off flying. Sometimes I run and can't take off. Other times it is difficult to take off but I finally make it. The best times are when I run and simply take off. I do not recall flights or anything after the take offs. The entire dream seems to center arount the effort (or lack of) involved in taking off.
