I have been having experiences with ufos and aliens from the time I was four years old, I am now thirty-five. It all began in 1974 when I went to the hospital for a tonsillectomy. The doctors had put me in one of those old cribs with this net over it so I couldn't get out. The zipper was on the outside where I couldn't reach it. I was distressed and crying begging for someone to help me. This small creature came and helped me and unzipped the net and helped me get down from where I was. The hospital went ape shit looking for me to find me on the roof, reading Curios George out loud. When asked why I was out there I told them I was with my friend. That raised eyebrows to say the least. I had not been sedated yet either.
I began to wander at night, my dog Tippy always accompanied me on my walks at 2 am. My parents began to lock the doors and some how I ended up removing glass jalacied widow panes and dropping four feet to the ground. But I never recalled that myself. Then, they disabled the windows and I was still disappearing at night to be found roaming around in the morning when my dad came out to go to work.
I have never had a bad experience with these creatures. They taught me how to use telepathy and I remember playing with the young of these creatures.
I never told anyone of these things for a long time. As I grew older so did the ones I played with. I wold wake up speaking a different language, begging them to let me stay with them. I would say that at about fifteen , while out walking on our property out in the South carolina woods, I saw bright lights and went missing for a couple of hours according to my mother. I told her that I'd been right there standing in the road and had only been gone for maybe five minutes. So I wasn't allowed outside after dark anymore.
Then I didn't have any rememberances for some good years until I was in my twenties. Living back in Florida, down near Homestead AFB, which I would pass every evening coming home from work at about 2am and I would experience this electrical burning smell and then find myself three blocks from my house and wonder how I'd gotten there. I was not drinking, or using drugs so this concerned me but not to badly. Then one night it happened again for the umteenth time and I woke up while I was there. I was walking down a glistening white corridor with two very tall slim beings on either side of me. I was speaking to them as if I knew them very well. I saw black symbols near this one door way that led into a room where I was taken. When the door closed behind me and I turned around I could see no evidence of where the door was it was just smooth white and circular with a single window , I remember seeing the Earth from above. I was quite spectacular and breath taking. Then I was in my car again pulling into my driveway and wondering how the hell I'd gotten there.
Then about seven and a half years ago I was living in DeFuniak Springs Florida and was travelling down this road called the eighteen mile stretch through the Air Base coming from Fort Walton Beach towards my home. My radio shorted out and my tire blew out, needless to say I was upset but got out and tried to fix my tire. This was about eight pm and quite dark. Some people came quickly , or so I thought to help me fix my tire. When I got home I had lost three hours and it was close to midnight. I just figured that I'd been abducted again and went to sleep.
When I married my husband and went to live in Warren Ohio. He ended up experiencing missing time as well attatched to an electrical burning smell. He thought I was crazy until it happened to him to validate my experiences. We now don't talk about it much it's definitely a touchy subject with him.

Telepathy is really quite simple. Say you want to contact someone and tell them to call you and they live in another state, thier phone number has been changed and you can not contact them any other way. Sit in a quite place so you will not be disturbed and begin to breathe deeply and slowly. NOW, See in your mind the face of the person you want to contact, every nuance of them. See them the way you remember them. Now not aloud, tell them to call you say it a few timesand cut the connection. They will find a way to contact you soon.
With animals it's done like this. Look into thier eyes, Get good contact before they turn away. Then close your eyes and tell the animal what you want to say. see thier eyes in your mind and speak with your mind. It may not work the first few attempts but soon it will. They will speak to you as well. Cats, dogs, horses.
You can even telepathically change a red light to a green one with telepathic energy extension. However sometimes it's just easier to wait until it turns green but for a way of projecting energy it is a good practice tool.

Not a problem,
don't be discouraged if it does not work right away. I've been doing this since I was a child and had to practice alot. Humans use what? maybe ten to twenty percent of thier brains' capabilities? So you are trying to train your brain to transfer thought, using the higher pathways and that takes some time.
