I got this picture on a ghost hunt of all things! I did not notice this at the time but I saw this while I was reviewing my pictures!

It was taken on Sat. 5-21-06 Bath, MI

Anyone have any ideas about what it is?

I don't think that it is either of these things. I am a pilot and have seen all sorts of clouds. Nav lights, even through haze would not have been picked up by the camera from that distance even on an airliner.

I'm not saying that you guys are wrong, just that in my experience I have not seen clouds or aircraft behave in that way.

One of my collegues just released some of his pictures from the ghost hunt which leads me to believe that the object may not even be in the clouds at all.

Observe exhibit A

Exhibit B

Notice the similar object which has been taken at a different time, with a different camera, and in a different place. Both objects have pale blue oval shaped bottom parts, and circular pink top parts.

I did not expect to find this, I was thinking that it might have been a UFO or a rare atmospheric phenominon until I saw this pic.

my guess would be a satelite.
It is easy to see it as a ufo if that is what you want it to be

It looks like dust which has been illuminated by a camera flash, perhaps.
It could also be 'noise', the image is full of it.

It's a harmless "orb"

meaning, it's just dust in front of the camera, like UFOhunter says

Honestly it`s is most likely some camera artifact.Did you see the object with your own eyes or did you just happen to notice this after?

The chances of you filming a ufo by accident are so small it would likely never happen in your life time.

When people are looking thru photos and happen to see something they label it a ufo it could be anything but some type of craft I do not believe.

I have seen satilites with my naked eye. It has to be very far away from a city and it has to be pitch black to see. If either of these conditions were present at the time a satilite would not be picked up with a camera because it is just a little spec.

It is possible that it is an orb, in fact that is the only plausible explaination I've heard so far.

There is one thing though. Orbs are usually perfect spheres unless they are moving faster than the shutter speed, in that case, they have trails.

1. I have not seen an orb so far that has that shape and color
2. I have not seen any orbs that have been so unsusual and caught on two different cameras and hours apart.

I don't have time, but if you guys look at any orb pics where the orbs are different colors and in more than one shot then by all means post them.

One thing is clear; this is not a UFO!
