I've been here for a week and want to leave now, permanently. I have tried everything to close my account and even written to the moderator but to no avail.

Can someone please tell me how to close my account here.

Something troubling you? I'll see what I can do but can guarantee nothing....who did you write to and did you ask them to 'close your account'? It may be a few days before you hear from anyone however...

I wrote to that address a few days ago asking them to close my account or tell me how to close it.

I sent you a pm explaining that we don't physically close and delete accounts because that also means that all posts get deleted along with it and we don't do that for good reason.

All you do is not post and use the account and that in itself is the closure of your account.
