Before I seen this I seen a black fighter jet fly above me, I knew it wasn't a normal plane because it wasn't making any noise..... then I looked up and noticed a rainbow exactly like the one posted here in new orleans I think????. with the con trails but their were non with this one, and it wasn't rainbow.... their were clouds and the sun was out..... somthing was going on

Uh, well clouds -- specifically cirrus and other high-altitude, ice crystal-composed clouds, easily produce iridescence when the sun is at the right angle. It can be absolutely, stunningly awesome to see, but it's not a UFO, nor alien in origin at all. In fact, it's completely mundane and simply explained.
