Last week, during the afternoon, I took a small dose of psilocybe weilii I had picked with two others. These are mushrooms that I, as well as many others, find very helpful for very occaisional spritual/meditation/learning purposes- but It's not for everyone. Anyway, during my experience while I was in a dream-like state, I began what I thought was telepathically communicating with a kind alien being whom was somehow connected to me, I felt as if she was my 'sister' in some way. I felt that she, along with other benign beings, were looking after us and trying to help us. I felt that she missed me, and wanted to let me know that I was safe and loved. It was an interesting experince, and I know that it was most likely in my mind and just an effect from the mushrooms as well as spawned from a memory of a tv show I had seen about certain aliens getting in contact with people whom they were somehow connected to, almost like long-lost distant siblings. Even though, I do belive that there is some truth to this, that perhaps humans are connected to other life forms, and some of them who watch over us for positive reasons may very well play an important role in our future one day. :2cents:

Describe what it's like for me. I've never done hallucinogens. Is it a 3-D being standing in front of you just like normal consciousness? or is it like a dream? Do you only see them with your eyes closed?

Are you aware at the time you're high that you're high or are you sucked into the vision?

Thanks!

It was more of a mental thing. For example, a memory you can "see" in your mind, almost like a movie. I wasn't litterally seeing it, like I'm seeing this computer screen or my can of orangeade. The best I can describe is you experience it, while visualizing it in your mind. And also, depending on the dose, you usually know you are "high" or tripping, unless you take some major dose where you're just lost in it and its more of a waking dream where the fact you consumed something psychedelic means absolutly nothing. And my eyes were open the entire time, but i'm sure if they were closed it would have been a similar experience. Kinda hard to explain, hope i did it well enough.

LOL, It deffinately wasn't real, which I stated twice. It was an interesting experience I had, more of a dream.. whcih is why I posted it in Alien Experiences or *dreams.* I'm not a huge fan of mind-altering chemicals, although I feel certain fruits from nature can serve as thought-provoking moments in time when used in severe moderation. Simply thought I'd like to share it. smile.gif

np wink.gif I think the main reason I even wanted to share it in the first place was not that I experienced it (or why/how) but becuase afterwards I realized there could be some truth to the gerneral point of it as far as us being watched/ looked after by not only the scary, threatening types of beings, but others who have our best interests in mind as well. Its a reassuring thought.

This is why I don't dabble in the psilocibin, or any other psychedelic. Dear god, to think what I might experience....

I don't think psychedelics are actually classified as "mind altering," just as psychedelics.

Some believe that when you into this kind of "mind altering" drugs, you open your eyes for another dimensions. Like Arcadia and of course any other thing! It's a very interesting thing... But say for sure that it was real... That's up to you. Maybe you should try a contact again but with no mushroons this time. smile.gif

Somehow it's like you're opened to an invisible world...
I would like to say that people whom do this kind of experiences are very serious about it, I'm not saying that everybody should do it for fun anyway.
Please don't you guys think I'm encouraging magic mushroons! tongue.gif

Where do you live? Where I am, you can go pick the mushrooms in various moist places. Psilocybe mexicana is popular around here for that reason, but the most commonly grown is Psilocybe cubensis. As far as I'm aware it's legal in many states.

Beware that if you use P. mexicana that it has some sort of nasty side-effects more than the other poison of choice. You won't die, but it can make you gag and retch for a good while.
