I think its a great idea just so long as they aren't overwhelmed with war-torn images that would scare off possible recievers of the laser. I'd like to know how they're deciding which direction to point the laser... Maybe keep it going for a full 24 hours to cover as vast and area as possible?

Too bad, we beat them to it. And for the record, roaches don't do that at all -- they're biodegraders that break down rotting (usually plant) organic matter. |

I think it's a good idea man what's to lose....

Nothing at all. I'm just curious as to how feasible it is.
Meaning, what are the odds that IF any one was listening, this would actually reach them. How wide an area is it hitting etc.... |

Damn! too bad theyre not doing it on the pyramids... because that would have been a truly beautiful thing to see. in mexico next to ancient structures with modern technology all together all at once, and a freaking laser beam shooting it all out into space so the aliens can watch the fun too! howre they gonna top ancient pyramids in mexico?

Well, that's partly true; they are capable of consuming hair, nails and even bone, but I've never heard of a reliable case reporting that they do this on a living person's face. Feet, yes, but...gross. I hate feet, man. Something has to break down hair and nails when they fall off. I think it's fantastic what roaches do. Too bad the species I keep are picky and only eat soft rotting fruits and fish food. :mad: |
