I am curious about "armageddon" concept...what means to you & what means to the world. Where, how or why are some questions I would like to answer while I am getting...well actually, while we are getting near to there.

Last night I had a dream that change all my point of view about "armageddon" I dreamed that I was living happyly in a very peaceful town, nice people & neighbors always were around. But one day I was watching at the sky and I saw two ufos one following the other and attacking it, the first disappeared while the other with a drastic move desappeared too. Then, while I was still in shock...I saw like hundreds of stars getting in our skies...or athmosphere and a battle starts in our heaven here in our planet...then a serie of things happen to animals and we were in trouble. This is just a resume of what I dream...since I'm still having problems with my english I have to make it short.

I am just viewing this dream as a posibility of what could be another idea of an armageddon. Maybe our angels and demons are coming and going in space crafts all the time but with diferent interests...while some of them helps or works with goverments like the Bush administration...others are very interested in helping us. This is just a though but for me I prefered read what you think.

interesting - well i hope the angels of GOD are not flitting about in ufos also , things are confusing enough - lets hope that realm has been given over to the prince of the power of the air, the rulers, the powers, the world forces of this darkness and the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places - at least then we would know where we stand.

My veiw on armygeddon is, It wont ever happen, Not like they say atleast.

I started thinking its gonna happen a few years ago, because of a dream i had, Frequent ones, All with differnt senarios, all with same out come.
But, After a while here, And alot of optimism, I dont give armygeddon a thought anymore, If it happens, It happens, If it doesnt, Then yay lol.

But if Earth/Humanity, is to be destroyed, We humans will fight with every ounce left to prevent it... Thats why i think only aliens would be able to wipe us out.

Weeks ago I was watching on tv how we are going to deal with global warming and they talked about other things wich I will mention at the end. Their solutions were very scary to me...some of them (& I am talking about scientists, climatologists, psysics...) were posting solutions like for example one of them said that the hot atmosphere caused by the global warming could be cooled by making something similar to the dust and ashes of a volcano when it explodes..."lets make a huge cloud of ash and dust to block the sun and cooled the atmosphere".

My thought - "are you nuts?"

Another of the fabulous ideas was to cooled the water but I can't remember how they say but it was as craziest as the first...and all of the solutions they proposed were like playing to be god..."hey lets change all natural order and make of this planet a caotic one!"

But the one that really shocked me was about making of Mars an habitable planet. They said they are allready working on that. They are planing to melt the ice caps on Mars to fill the channels and eventualy making it habitable for if we have to move there. Yes...if we think in that posibility to save the human race ok...is ok....but what if we are playing with fire?...what if we are thinking that we are the owners of the solar system and Mars is already habitated? Yes....we are planing to colonize Mars!...


Seems to me that the realm you are talking about were given to the wrong ones...us.

I'm agree...I think that to understand armageddon we have to know first what it means. Many people at the present are having more dreams about it. Maybe could be something psycological or maybe is a collective mind thought. Seems evident that we are in the present experiencing many disturbing events like what is happening in Irak, Palestina, in fact...all the middle east and the rest of the world with changes in the climate, hunger, drugs, genocides...etc...etc...is like tribulation times. Although in the past we lived similar things today we have the power to destroy this world (literaly) so if theres someone up there in the heavens wich is true interested in this world maybe with all the power and tech they have they could do something in case we are loosing it. Dreams are very interesting...I would like to study them cuz in my case some of them came to reality...sometimes in real life we experience things that we think we had dreamed before. Have this happened to you before...

It happens more than you may believe, Start recording your dreams, and be supprised what you begin to notice.

If mars is inhabited it is only simple life. I highly doubt any intelligence lives there.War of the worlds is only a movie created by us because we think aliens will think like us.

I do not think that is the case.

As for terraforming mars if we started today it would take hundreds of years to make it livable for humans by then we would be better off looking for another earth type planet instead of wasting resources and man power on terraforming a cold desert.

I do believe we will colonize mars but only as an out post by then we should have the technology to reach other stars talking about several hundred or thousand years.

About "life" on Mars...I really don't know but as you wrote maybe simple life.
Not everybody thinks that Aliens thinks like us...but the war of the worlds concept makes it earthly. Universe is huge to carry many diferent thinks and lives...

About making Mars habitable...I don't think it would take hundreds of years if not thousands...maybe by then as you say some of us will be in another earth like planet taking a tan on a beach with two or more suns.

if aliens ever bring war to earth, the smaller countries will attemp to ally with them in order to bring the world powers down. then they to will be killed.

Most of the warming is from 125 volcanoes going off under the oceans and northern ice cap causing the oceans to warm and ice caps to melt. Once more as it was over a 1000 years ago earth will be warmer. Except now where there is the Sahara was once vast forests as in many otrher places. This makes a great difference and our pollution is not even as bad as when Krakatoa went off in the time of Rome or the Mongul invasions creating a semi nuclear winter.

Taking Mars as our colony..hee hee..Maybe they have something to say on that...:tease: :tease: Maybe our own past Mars colonies there from Atlantis and etc. might want to come here and colonize back their home world. interesting thought as to legends and etc. Again maybe the earth itself may have something to so about it all.

Ivan....bear in mind that there were no ice caps at the time of the dinosuars...hence the reason there were inland seas at the time.

Actually Krakatoa erupted in August of 1883 long after Rome fell (476 ad) or the Mongul empire of Chinchus Khan ended in the 1300s.....it did impact the worlds skys with all the airborne dust...but it really was a small eruption compaired to others from the distant past or others that may happen in the future
