[SIZE=1]After surfing this site for a week I've decided to register and say Hello.
[FONT=Arial]I have never seen a UFO in waking life (that I can remember) but am drawn and fascinated by the subject. I have had several dream-experiences in which I have seen and even been aboard spacecraft, though these are not of a frightening nature - more as if being shown or taught things. I love this Earth, her mysteries, the natural world. I also love to look at the stars. I've always been fascinated by the nature of Time - though can't quite get my head round it...and other dimensions, parallel universes. On a lighter note, this morning's mystery - while writing this and having coffee I went to take a bite of my Jaffa Cake only to find it was already gone and I don't remember eating it...obviously I was too absorbed in this site... |

Hi and welcome.
I usually consume things and not realise I have finished them whilst on here. Although not Jaffa cakes. *Picks up vodka bottle*

Ben It wasn't breakfast, Ben. I ate that hours ago - I get up earlier than some people...

Thanks for saying Hello, Clandestine, Nik and Ben.
Clandestine - was the vodka for breakfast?? My favourite brew is Guinness, though only after 5pm and in moderation, and for the nutrition and iron content... in moderation because if a UFO ever flies past I want to be sure it's not delusion or the beer. As for Jaffa Cakes, Ben - they're almost healthy, they've got oranges in them... |

verdant
Clandestine - was the vodka for breakfast?? G'day verdant... great to meet you here ......Now I can answer this one... Vodka is a health drink... My youngest sister put me in the know how.... Vodka and cranberry juice with ice is excellent for the ovaries... Cranberry juice is said to be a good heath tonic for the genitals, the hormones and the inside workings... but on it's own it tastes dreadful and too medicinal like and thus many people avoid drinking it... But a dash or two or three of vodka mellows out and enhances the flavour of the cranberry juice... so as it goes... makes you drink more cranberry juice and thus a woman ends up with excellent ovaries....
Orange juice on it's own is dull and acidic... A dash or two or three of vodka and ice and whalla... a health drink full of vitamin C with the acidity of the oranges mellowed right out... Good for the respiratory system and helps a person breath better..... And when a person breathes better their brain unclogs itself and they live better and smile more... Straight Vodka... for a start it has to be a top brand vodka... Now here we have true health excellence.... the ultimate for spirituality..... Good for the nerves.... calms a person right down and puts them in a super relaxed meditative mode and opens the mind up fully to be able to talk your god or your archangel or yourself and thus keeps a person in touch with their inner self.... No problems... My family have vodka totally figured out... Being of Northern European descent kinda renders vodka as the drink of choice... And an added bonus is, that we are keeping all the potato growers in the world in a job and they too are happy.... Dingo Brains . |

Hi there Dingo Brains, good to meet you.
Thanks for the vodka recipes, they sound great. I'll put it on shopping list. I used to keep some but haven't for a while (got onto Guinness instead). When I was a little kid I used to get a lot of colic -I remember really liking Gripe Water (colic medicine for kids), and i heard once that has vodka (or similar) in it.... |

Yeah, a further note about vodka - I do like the stuff (though not for breakfast) but gave it up when my son was born, thinking I ought to be Well Behaved Now (he's now 12).
Also, too much of the stuff and I get all lovey-dovey wanting to hug everyone and tell them I love them which includes men, women, other animals, trees, rocks...which can lead to Misunderstandings (with the humans anyway)... |

PS if anyone is interested in an example of one of the UFO/ET/ESP related dreams I mention above, see my new thread in Paranormal Forum "Prophetic Dream - Sedna?" I wasn't sure whether to post it in UFO Forum or Paranormal.

Apologies to all for posting 3 posts in a row up there. I confess I do like talking. I have been punished for it before - in primary school I was sent to the Headmaster's office and smacked on the hand with a ruler for talking during lunch when we had just been told to shut up, and the rest of the hall had fallen silent. Another time was for whistling in class. When the teacher asked who was whistling I raised my hand but suggested it might be the gardener...
