in the article it sounds like the people that made the video never said they made it up. if it's a kid in a mask its also wearing a suit and it's arm is really long.

Nobody ever knows if anything is ever true of course, but the article did say that the people who made the video said they made it up...

I never talked to those guys personally, and even if i had i couldn't be sure of course, but i think this makes more sense than an alien hiding behind a street-lamp to scare some kids playing on the streets.

but in the second half of the article they say that the kids say the newspaper just made up quotes from them and that they never said that it was fake. now the kids are avoiding the media completely, it seems. i think the alien wasn't trying to scare the kids, i'm not sure what he was reaching out at the kid for. it does look pretty real to me though. i believe anything though.

If you believe anything... well, that sure makes life interesting.

i dont really believe everything. i dont know why i said that. most alien videos that i've seen look pretty fake to me but this one doesn't. that arm looks just too long to be another kid's.

I'd love to beileve this footage but personally I think its a fake.

Just probablly 2 kids trying to make some money by selling this footage to the media.

why do you think it looks like a fake, evolution?

Ok reason:

(1) - Filming 2 guys on a camera phone doing what...playing head tennis with a football....Mmmm, exciting and in the middle of the bloody night or whatever.

(2) - An Alien just happens to be hiding behind a poll/tree...er...why ? and then decides, in its superior knowledge and wisdom, to reach out and scare/grab the kid. Not how you hear of most abduction cases is it really.

I dont know for sure but I just think theres a fair chance it probably is a fake imo. When you u look at the ET, it just remains static behind a tree until matey turns up and then after trying to grab him does his "but i'm just a tree" impression....no sorry...i don't buy this footage at all.

as for number 1 - they said the camera phone was kind of new so the kids were filming a lot of stuff that day. i can imagine kids filming themselves doing tricks with the soccer ball, which is what they were filming.

i agree with number 2 - why would ET grab at the kid at all? plus, that is so well-centered on the camera. however, look how long it's arm is? does that look like a kids arm? the acting is well done too, and the ball is kicked to land right next to the pole, so that was well done.

the alien was well done...the arm was long and kinda ET looking based on the typical grey form.

If you look at the link crafth posted you can see a guy in a gas mask,and it is kinda black colored.

Their arm probably didn't take up the whole arm of the costume of the alien.

A long arm is easy to fake... If that's the only thing that would proof it's the real thing, then it's not much.
If those kids wanted to make some money out of it, and seriously were trying to fool everybody who was going to watch it on the Internet, then they probably would have put some work into it, like fabricating a long arm on the costume.

Well that's why we can't prove alien life... they're all hiding behind light poles. Sneaky....

Whoever was in that costume wasmega skinny hiding behind that post....Its easy to fake a long arm!......What would an alien be doing stalking two kids in a street/alley way? Maybe it got lost...
