I'll listen to pretty much anything that's well made and well thought out - music that's made for the love of music, and not solely to make money. I think that music should tell a story, deliver a message, or take you on a journey, not tell of how someone's "milkshake brings all the boys to the yard", or describe "lovely lady lumps" or "sexy back"!!

I like music that requires at least some talent to write...

Thankyou soooo much for mentioning that Autechre video!! I saw it on Rage one night when Danny Carey from Tool was guest programming, and I thought it was the coolest video I'd ever seen - but I forgot what it was called! I was trying to describe it to a tripper I know the other night. Talk about synchronicity...

I have pretty eclectic tastes and like a little bit of pretty much every genre, but I prefer country and classic rock.

Wait, who which where? The Gantz Graf video? If so, I think that's one piece of visual entertainment which can render me to a hands-free orgasm.

Er uh...so...anyway....

Gantz Graf is one the best videos ever because of the amazing detail. Not to mention Autechre is an excellent group.

As a Musician I like anything that makes me want to play...Robert Johnson to Jimi Hendrix to Bad company to Steve Vai to pop and rock and some metal and clasasical - anything really...anything that is good that is...

Lately I find that the best written songs are thoise that seem to be talking about someone else, like a biography from another point of view...

My Favourite al time track though is Machine gun from the Filmore on New years Eve 1970, Hear 'my train 'a comin -the acoustic version and the Berkeley Community electric version one from just before he died in 1970.

And Voodoo Chile from Electric Ladyland, the 18th version...

Those three songs represent an era of great music...
