ever since i was about 4 i have had weird dreams. sometimes when im dreaming i would hear a weird sound but its like im half awake. suddenly i would b paralysed, unable to move or scream out or open my eyes. the more i tryed to move, open my eyes or scream out the more it hurt. it is very frightening and i dont know wat it iz but i dont like it @ all. whilst paralysed i can feel something touching me, its hard to explain but i guess it feels a bit like poking but not quite. wen it happens im not sure if its a dream or wat but i do try to wake myself up but i cant, just b4 i do wake up sometimes i feel like im falling thru a tunnel and that theres alot of pressure. it hasnt happened much lately:confused: :shrug:

Sure, too many times to count. It's just sleep paralysis.

is there any way to stop it? wat causes it?

I don't know the actual causes... maybe something to do with brain wave patterns just before entering or leaving sleep. You'd probably have to get with a sleep researcher to break it down.
