Sort of sounds like 'sleep paralysis'. You should google it and see if that helps....

Try having sleep paralysis when you have sleep apnea like I do. Not breathing and being conscience about it and not being able to wake up. so far I have snapped out of it, each time. Some people actually die from it. There is some rock guy who died from it.

i dont think it has to do with the things you eat before you go to bed, nor your exercises...
i've read that it could be because you had some kind of paranormal experience before or during your sleep/dream..
i looked into it, found it quite facinating:p

ive had them ive had great like stopping them by invoking the name of christ or archangel michael..or heck both even.. down south thats what weve always been told to do if we have a dream like that..ive had considerable peace after doing so and went back to sleep..but to each their own.

hey out there! i know how you feel. i continue to have these dreams that almost always come true.but the only problem........ they come true in mysterious ways. they started about 7 years ago and they have continued to present day. like this one i had a little while back........ i was watching as someone was getting attacked. i just walked up to the assailant and this blinding white light started to form around me. it began to burn the assailant who then ran for his life screaming in pain. i helped the victim up to his feet. he thanked me then i woke up....... i was burning and tingling all over. could barely move for 3 minutes. i went out that later that day and ran into none other than the victim in the dream.......o it gets stranger........he knew me without me even talking to him!!!! after we got to talking he thanked me again. he had the very same dream the very same night. if there is anyone out there who can explain this or figure it out, drop me a line!

That's what I read. I think he died from Heart Problems related to it or had Heart Problems and he stopped breathing in his sleep. But it causes the heart valves to become weak. Doctors (I read) used to think it was harmless until a study they did a few years ago found it weakens the heart.

Hey everyone.. i didn't mean to scare anyone with what I said. i dont know if a few cases will kill you. But if you have this problem alot, go see a sleep specialist.
