Are we really free when people who experience UFO encounters, feel that they have to hide behind the shadows, simply to desribe the truth.

I live in a country where freedom is touted day and night and people wrap themselves in their flags and proclaim the power and glory of their nation over all others.

Yet we cannot really speak freely anymore can we?

The O'hare is a classic but poignant example of this, where many people, proffessional people, whose duties include the safe transportation of hundreds of thousands if not millions of people and yet even in a daylight encounter and even with many other friends and witnesses, only one has the courage to come forward and even then only under a disguise?

Are these the freedoms that young men and are dying for in Iraqi?

Are these the Freedoms that Martin Luther King and JFK and RFK fought and gave their lives for?

Are we still the land of the free and the home of the brave?

are freedoms have been taken away from us sence before they took DR MLK and JFK away from us, freedom is nothing more than a fantasy that the big wigs want us to think we have but every day in every way they tryin to steal it from us, i just heard that in the uk there tryin to install tracking devices so they can moniter how far you go so you pay a toll based on how much you drive.... yeah sure thats what they want it for...they really just want us where they can see us and know what are every moment is

Hi JustJay, you are right about what and probably will happen here in the UK.
All new cars will apparently, be fitted inside the management system a tracking device to not only to track how far you go and charge you for it, but to keep an eye on you. In certain parts of the country, the local council also fit devices in the rubbish bin, to see how much rubbish you put in. And if you put more then you should the charge extra. Someone found were it was fitted, and removed it. Got caught and was finded! Apparently new mobile phones are also fitted with tracking devices. And can be tracked even if it is turned off. Talk about BIG BROTHER What next a device no doubt fitted to the bog that tells them when you have more then 2 s***s aday and then sends you a bill. OPP's I hope I aint given some one a idea! But I expect that as already been thought of.

We are NOT really free here in the USA, PERIOD. All are freedoms are being taken away from us almost everyday. Its really sad when you can't even smoke a cigerette at a resturant/bar or club anymore even if the owners of that resturant/bar or club would let you.

Whats even sadder is that honest people, such as myself, can't even talk like Justice pointed out without being looked at like a nut case or crazy person that needs some mental health treatment.

I've witnessed REAL honest to god "UFO's"! Mulitple times and with other people too, so more then just my two eyes have seen what I've seen. Even with a few others seeing what I saw none of us can really talk about it with anyone else besides our selfs. Its really sad because we have no clue wtf is going on in our skies over Connecticut and no one seems to care, except for a few people on the Internet maybe LOL

I wish this would change, but honestly I don't think it will until the REAL truth about this subject is reveled to the world. :mad:

The United States is much more "free" than many other countries. However, it is important to keep in mind that as each new piece of legislation is passed, our freedooms become less and less. Below is a convenient list of things that are stripping us of our constitutional/bill of rights freedoms:

JL...that is very true....many electronics can be traced....but for many (most) people it doesn't make a difference...because they are not worth tracking for national defense....myself included.

The only freedom we really have is to breathe the air and if we aren't careful we will be charged for that too one day. I know about the electronics and just read about the Canadian spy coins with the tiny radio transmitters inside and recently a new one that I will have to do some reading on about computers being bugged. Truth is that our government considers us all terrorists now. I wouldn't be suprised if we are all being monitored right now for the things we write. It makes me wonder if all the government secrecy with their spy gadgets and monitoring for terrorists is just a cover for finding the people who know the truth about why aliens are here. Maybe there good aliens and bad ones. The bad ones promise us technology in exchange for people or the earth or whatever and the good aliens who could be us highly evolved from the future and are just coming back to warn us and help us. The O'hare incident happened for a reason. I don't think a secret military aircraft is just going to stop and be seen at a busy airport! If it's true that aliens are telepathic and so much more advanced than us then maybe they have been warning us all along but we just don't have the brainpower to understand them. I also believe if people would stop worrying about what others thought, it would become a normal thing and be accepted. For me I am not ashamed to admit that I believe in Ufo's or aliens and you can either like me or think I am crazy. If you think I am crazy that's okay too because it shows me that you judged me by my belief and you wouldn't have been much of a friend anyway, and at least you wouldn't mess with me because no one likes to fight with a crazy person! LOL

I live in a free country so long as I follow the rules and pay taxes. So make what you want of that.

They tell us we're free but we're only as free as they let us be.

no- you are right, but that doesnt mean that data is not being gathered on us for all sorts of reasons and purposes. The governments supercomputers can store goggles of now useless information that can used against anyone that the government deems dangerous.

As long as the technology is available there is always the liklihood that it can and will eventually be used for nefarious purposes.

I mean you have a military background...do you think that the intelligence services are ignoring what we post on these forums?

Dont you think they monitor these forums just to make sure that their people aren't lekaing infomration?

All they have to do is give a false piece of info to someone they think will talk and wait that specific info to appear on some forum like this and they know who there guy or girl is. No matter how anonymous the whistleblower may be, its the content that will give them away.

We are indeed not free in this world we live in. Some of us can see the writing on the wall. Some of us have seen things, some of us notice the subtle manipulations that have been taking place over time.

Those of us that fall into that category are quickly labeled, ridiculed, dissected, and dismissed as being a little bit crazy.

The truth is buried deep inside this forum, and all around us, but we cannot make everyone believe that the wool has been pulled over their eyes for quite some time now.

It is so much easier to believe in nothing than to believe in something.

I don't so much mind the people who say they've seen something strange in the sky as I think it's the real kooks who need to be silenced. I'm talking about the people who say they have "friends" who come from other planets and know all this information and stuff, which is all pure bullsh*t. Pardon the word, but it's the strongest word to express how crazy they and their "friends" are.

I looked at what was in the Tau Ceti system according to what our best scientists can see and as far as we know there's only an asteroid belt that would cause any inhabited planet to suffer a collision-on the scale that wiped out the dinosaurs-every few thousand years. In short, there's nothing but bacteria there if anything at all (and I don't think there is).

Then they get paraded around on radio show like "Coast to Coast" like they're experts and all they're really doing is making everyone who believes in aliens look like kooks.

all in all, if you have seen a ship or see interesting footage, or real evidence, show it. But I will not sit here and litsen to every guy's rant about conspiracies they have no proof of, system we don't know are really inhabited and space station moons that have nothing unusual about them except some trench a meteor left when it scrape along its surface.
