I remember seeing this on a UFO special years and years ago then didnt see it for awhile

I think they say it was a missle crash. I doubt a missle could bounce like that without blowing up...

it looks like a fire cracker that is bouncing sideways (not going up) and sparks out in a pop. It has a smoke trail and all. Well, that is what it looks that way to me.
