I have no idea. Even the peson that posted it said they found it on google.
I thought youtube and google were interweaved now, are they not? I have never seen anything like it.

As an old radio guy, I can tell you that audio is way easier than video to edit. There's no way to know without the proper equipment, but you have to suspect that the author took snippets of one or more innocuous flight communications and edited them to sound like something totally different. There is also no way to know that the audio has anything to do with the video that is being shown.

This clip would be interesting if we knew where it came from. Since it was posted anonymously on youtube, you must go from the assumption that it is fake.

at the end it says it was created at south hamton school of technology. Some kids made this as a project or something

If that could be true, as in coming from some marked tower tapes, or if the people involved could be IDed, then it would be good. But here I am with skeptical, audio is almost worthless without provenance.

Well, yeah...it was an inspired hoax. The name was obviously taken from the film "Accepted". In the movie, a boy creates a college by the name of "South Hampton Institute of Technology". They pull the "S.H.I.T." line every chance they get. I'm assuming others here made the connection before I?
