the invisiblility cloak. is this a possibility? yes! scientist have invented a way to bend light around an object and show the item is invisible. our supposed alien decendents invented this technology years ago and we are just now discovering it and utizliing it the past 100 years we have seen a growth of science in which alot of it was already discovered but lost due to the christian church burning alexanders library sadly.

Don't quite kow what to say to this - invisibility among other things was recorded in Alexander's Library? Hmmm you'd think they would have worked out the fundamentals of fire extinguishers then? Don't you?

Actually, I believe you mean 'The Library at/of Alexandria' and not "Alexander's Library". And, the "christians" DID NOT burn it down. It was a casualty of one of the many wars that nation faced. Yes, it is sad that it is forever lost as it contained invaluable information from all over the "known" world. But as far as it containing alien/extraterrestrial texts/info, that is unlikely and is not sourced anywhere reputable. The library actually faced several fires before the "great" one.

edited to add: I figure before anyone begins to freak out about it, yes I know Alexandria is named after Alexander the Great... Ptolemy.... claiming body.... blah blah blah etc etc etc....

well alot of great ancient god temples were burned down by the christians. the great physcic of our century said that the true answers of alantis and others were buried a few meteres under the right paw of the great sphinx but the egyptian government has denied digging rights. the christian religion has goods in it but it brings alot of bads with it as alot of religions do. albert einstein " a jew " believed their was a god not understandable by people. he created the e=mc'2 energy equal mass times the speed of light squred which inediadably created the atomic bomb which will destroy this world " or isreael by iran " eventually.

I assume you mean Edgar Cayce in reference to the paw/sphinx/psychic deal....

I'm not quite sure what to make of your following statement:

"the christian religion has goods in it but it brings alot of bads with it as alot of religions do. albert einstein " a jew " believed their was a god not understandable by people. he created the e=mc'2 energy equal mass times the speed of light squred which inediadably created the atomic bomb which will destroy this world " or isreael by iran " eventually."

Could you clear that up please, because as it stands it is a jumbled mess?

Did you want to follow up on your Library of Alexandria thought at all? Unless Julius Caesar (ya, THAT Caesar) was a christian (which he certainly was not), then the christians are not responsible for burning down the library.

Not trying to pick on you, so don't get me wrong here.

what the heck does the fact that Einstein was a jew have to do with anything?? what does "inediadably" mean? Einstein did not believe in a god, he used god as a metaphor. and so on. never mind.

Invisibilty has been possible for a long time and race has nothing to do with it.

J.....I'm not sure but remember Stealth technology is over 60 years old and predates "Roswell".....and besides it was ignorance that destroyed the antiquites from the Library of Alexandria...rather than conspiracies

I'm usually pretty sensitive when it comes to racism, but, I don't really think that's J___'s problem. He's not very good at expressing himself, and, I don't think typing classes will help the situation in all reality.

yeah it was destroyed by ignorance but who sponsored that ignorance? Trust me it was of great convience for many powerful peeps and organizations that that ancient texts of Alexandria and many other civilizations (the Mayans come to mind) got destroyed. Ignorance is often times spread by the powerful in my arrogant opinion.

oh and i agree with you borucia goddess i know a kid just like j who when it comes to expressing oneself through words is...retarded

I suggest that anyone thinking that the Library of Alexandria was destroyed by christian zealots do a little bit of research before making that leap. It was destroyed several times and for many reasons. As someone who has been studying Classical Rome, Egypt, Greece, etc for over 10 years, I've read many accounts of this library (all without using Google amazingly enough). Now, before anyone goes getting bent out of shape let me be specific about what I am saying here:

The Library was contructed/founded roughly 2300 years or so ago. The first, AND LIKELY MOST IMPORTANT, fire occurred at around 45 BCE or so (before current era). Why would this have been likely the most important fire? Well, because, at that time, the Library would have been one of the only places at which collections of known works would have been stored for study, it was certainly the largest and most magnificent.

(personally I think this fire is one of the single most important events in history because of the amount of information lost forever, but I digress)

The later fires, of which there were many, while devestating for sure weren't of as much consequence because, having learned from earlier mistakes, several copies of manuscripts were made. Since there were several copies made and stored in more than one place, a fire at the Library would not have been quite so significant. The first fire, which was a casualty of Caesars ships being set afire and spreading by ACCIDENT, destroyed most of the Library and most, if not all, the works contained therein were unique and not duplicated (70,000+ manuscripts).

Ok, that said, later.... hundreds of years later, fires may or may not have been set by christians, muslims, satan worshippers, sesame street characters, or barney the purple dinosaur.... that is besides the point since the topic began when "J___" stated that 'alien technology from "our" alien descendents' was stored at said library. If 'alien technology from "our" alien descendents' was stored there (I think not by the way, if anyone cares) it would have been before the first fire, and thusly destroyed by said fire.

Now, confused? Ya.... pretty confusing.... so I'll try to restate all of what I just said extremely simple....

-300 bce library stored information and works of literature from throughout known world.
-library is largest in the world with most works unique and only found there.
-45 bce (roughly) fire. most everything destroyed (70,000+ manuscripts).
-hundreds of years later, several other fires consume library.

But, hey, what does Plutarch know, right?

oh, and I think we have a breakthrough with the elusive meaning behind the word "inediadably".... I believe he/she meant it to be "inevitably".... but, really, who the eff cares at this point.... ugh....
