I don't know if I've ever heard anybody discuss (And I have to admit I have not looked through this forum very far) this or even answer the question, but why would aliens come to Earth, why would they need to, if we can determine the composition of something thousands of light years away, and examine people, places, and things from many, many miles away, why should they be capable of travel but not a much higher level of observation than we? I sure as hell would make a visit to the planet i'm watching the very last option, and have the farthest and most efficient range without endangering anything, I mean abductions and Crop Circles are hardly parts of observation, and air samples, you don't need more than one or two every few years to get a good timetable, even those shouldn't have to happen often to get an idea of the latent properties of a given region.

To me those ideas don't add up, so I wonder if UFO's, or rather alien crafts in themselves as we know them now in the modern era are nothing more than some sort of tool, driven by an unknown state from this very rock. If terrorist acts staged by the state can get an Anti-Terror bill passed, perhaps there is a hidden agenda, what if it's all just a ploy to increase spending in a specific sort of research and development, blackmailing if you will.

Just brainstorming, work with me guys.

Think of it this way, they want our planet for its resources, or they are just observing us from educational reasons, we would do the same if we had discovered life elsewhere. As for an invasion, they might be abducting to find out our bodies weaknesses and forming crop circles to help them navigate attacks. The theories are endless, but the fact is, they ARE coming to Earth, and will continue to come, until a time in which they decide to expose themselves fully or attempt a take over. This sounds like a load of SciFi bull crap, but it is not. These Aliens, aliens as in strangers, are from a completely diffrent world, they are not human, they probably do not of compassion or love, if a friendly relationship was set up between Humans and Aliens, the benefits would be great, we could learn so much from them, if they can get to Earth, clearly they have mastered deep space travel, something us Humans have not. I still stand by the belief that in 2010, they will come.

Personally (and it really is only my opinion) I think we can discount crop circles as anything to do with aliens....but I don't wanna venture too far off topic....

I can see why you think the way you do Ranim, but no I can't subscribe to it I'm afraid...there may well be secret projects (of course there most definitely is), there may well be next generation technology being employed militarily and experimented with...but none of this detracts from the fact that yes things are happening 'up there' *points to sky* which the boundaries of the sciences say can't be done. That all points to ET activity.

Both interesting perspectives on aliens, I won't question yours ben because I agree with it in conjuction with what I said, I should have said that it's not always the case, probably only 1/5th of the time it's probably human made occurances.
(It's pretty arrogant for us as a species to be so confident in our science, after all, we don't even know how to take care of ourselves yet)

Truthseeker that's pretty out there, I don't mean offense or anything, but could you explain your reasoning a little more please, i'm interested to learn what you know.

If crop circles are made by aliens, I personally believe it's because of their religion. Maybe they think that the symbols keep te universe in balance. Who knows?

I do think their waiting for us to get to a stage that they can come and leave publicly on Earth without panic, and I'm sure there's as many, as we'd say, evil aliens as there are good ones. The universe is a large place, it can't all be human or unhuman like. I'm sure that in our universe, there is an incredible diversity.

Hey, Mr. E, that scrop circles are an alien religions sign is a pretty cool idea. I've never thought of it that way before.

My best guess is the approach would come after the religious zeal worldwide has died down to something minor, as well as the social ills such as the ism's and the many different representing nations.
