5 orb like UFOs filmed in 1998 in Wilmington North Carolina. What do you folks think? Balloons? Orbs?

I think they're just balloons. Unless one of these things starts halling ass .. I'm sticking to balloons. they're not stationary and they're not moving fast but they do move. And they don't move uniformally. If they did, I would still think Balloons. But they move like objects floating the in the wind.

I find the 'spiral' effect interesting on the zoomed in ones. What would cause that?

Honestly I think it's a camera artifact. I remember seeing the same effect on videos of Venus when it's zoomed in during dusk.

I've seen that clip on random shows before, but it's been said to have been flares of some sort.
