Well i was wandering if there is any significants with the number 11? Like does it have any special meaning or anything like that? I ask because for the past 2 months a lot of things have been happening to me with the number 11. For example, I always look at my clocks and its last two numbers are almost always 11, Waking up at 7:11 on weekdays, A few times i have woken up at 11:11am, and On the 11th of September it seemed to be a "extra special" day where it seemed the day was perfect. What do you guys think of this? It might be i am just thinking to much into it and it is all a coincidence.

I have seen many many threads on various forums over the last few years on this topic, and in particular, the number 11.

Doreen Virtue (an Angelic medium or something, claims to have direct contact with Angels?? Can't recall) here in Australia thinks that they are a sign from Angels, and that each number has significant meaning. I can't remember other explanations, but the number 11 comes up A LOT by people...

I have allways thought you remember looking at a clock when its 11:11 simply because it's for want of a better word symetrical....it stand's out....i bet if the truth be known we look at clock's all the time at the same time on many occasion's, but because 11:11 sticks out we just remember that more....

For me it's 11:11 or 4s. But it doesn't have to mean anything bad.

Off the record a bit, but there is a great indie film titled "11:14". It doesn't have anything to do with psychic or paranormals but it's a good film. everything in the film is tied together at the end at 11:14.

I get the number 11 thing too. It always seemed when I was in junior high that I always looked at my watch at 11:11:11. It's just your subconscious playing with you, picking out patterns. Don't attach any significance to it or it'll drive you nuts. You'll begin to see 'signs' everywhere. Just ignore it and it'll go away.

Personally, I don't believe there is any real significance in any number. In my mind, it is simply what you expect that tends to end up having some form of significance in your own life. For example, since the very first moment you recalled noticing the number "11" cropping up in your life, each and every time since that moment, the number 11 has become more and more significant to you.... e.g. waking up at 7:11am and thinking immediately "oh, theres that 11 again" for example. Would you have thought that say 10 years ago before you very first noticed the number 11? Same applies to any number of course. As others have said, the number 11 tends to be one of the more commonly remembered numbers of so-called significance simply because of the fact that it is symmetrical.

No other number but 1 will show up on a Standard time display as the number 1 does. Unless you're in the military and have military time set, 22:22 is not going to show up. So it's obvious if you were to place a bet on which number shows up most often on a standard clock, it would in fact be the number 11.

Now try explaining to me why ":44" always shows up on my clock. If i am not aware of the clock in the room, and I look at it, or I wake up and stare at the clock.. at times the last 2 numbers are 44. At times it's as much as 90% of the time. So I think for me it has some strange significants. Maybe it will be a positive thing. even when I'm on my treadmill, the calories or time i have spent will end in 44 as well.

Something to think about...
from the character zero aka 0.0 aka Goose Egg aka 'no value'
to the character nine aka 9.0 aka Nine Lives aka 'the last single integer character'
Makes 10 characters (0-9)
They are just numbers for peters sake its not like they were just made up to separate integers...hehe just joking.
peace,
Austin

True, But I realized that 4:44 adds up to 12. 2012 is the year everyone is freaking out about. The next president I believe will be Number 44. Anyone else want to add to the 44 thing for me

11:11 is a wake-up call for lightworkers .... Many believe it's wishing time and the angels / spirit guides are watching over !

Doreen Virtue speaks rather descriptively about angelic numbers and what they mean ...
