I'm not sure if this is even the right place to post this, but I've heard some people relate this to ET experience. For about four years now, I've been having what I suppose are weird psychic experiences.
The strangest thing is that street lights continuously go out when I walk by them. I thought I was the only one who experienced this before reading about it happening to other people. This happens on a pretty regular basis, though not all the time. Sometimes it is days or weeks between incidents. Also, quite a few times I have gotten up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and found that none of the lights in my house work. I try turning them on for several minutes...nothing. The next day, they work again. This has also happened a couple of times during the day, but not nearly as often because I don't use artificial light much during the day. This seems to happen mostly at my parent's house, though I moved out a few months ago, though it has also happened at my apartment.
Also, at times I seem to absorb other people's emotions and occasionally read their thoughts almost word for word. I also feel sudden tingling sensations, like my whole body is covered in some type of fast-moving energy particles. Once again, this seems to happen in random intervals. Does anyone else experience things like this?

The street light occurances can have more rational explanations.
Usually the photo sensor,(this is the unit at the top that senses light and shuts off the power to the bulb)when it starts to go bad will do that.
I have had this happen to me as well.
The house lights not working could be a switch problem.
This should be checked out to eliminate a possible fire hazzard.

I wouldn't worry too much. The street lights, I think is just because you're more in tune to what's going on around you. It probably happens to everyone. Just most people are oblivious. I notice them too. I don't think there's anything going on there...

As for the lights not working... I'm not sure on that. Maybe you're just so sleepy that you aren't actually hitting the switch... lol.. I'm not trying to be mean there. It's just that sometimes I'm like a zombie when I get up in the middle of the night. Running into things, etc.

And as far as absorbing people's emotions... I'd consider it a good thing. Just, as I said before, you're more in tune to things.

I agree, all things sound strange but could possibly be explained as they were in the post above. I remember when I was 14 and decided it would be cool to listen to a Eagles record backwards and though I heard some stuff that was more than likely not there, and my friend was with me when we done it. We came out of the room in which were doing it in and tried to turn on the hall light which was not working, we switched it off and on several times and it would not work, we went to the bottom of the steps and used the other switch and it worked. Being the curious teens we were, we walked back to the top of the steps and used that switch and it worked. Very strange yes? Me being the crazy and "all knowing" teen I thought it was something to do with us listening to the record backwards. I was scared for many years until it hit me one day. Bad connection on the switch.
