I seen one a couple of weeks ago...correct me if I'm wrong but they are not here in Wisconsin ?

It must be an escape from a zoo or perhaps was a pet that got away.
Worse yet someone turned it loose.
I would notify the local DNR about it.
Tell them where you last seen it.
That poor thing will certainly die in the coming cold.
Their normal climate of habitation is tropical.
