Anyone who plays Guitar Hero makes a fool of himself, this man no more than any other. To be "the new internet idiot" (I assume you mean like "The Star Wars Kid") he would have to actually show some enthusiasm and a complete lack of self-consciousness for doing his stupid feat, which in this case is playing that game, but instead we find he is being egged on by others.
