i had a idea the other night as you do. a idea that will bring about a new era in not only warfare but home secuity, personal protection and even daily life duties i bring you the HOLOMAN!!!! it does excatly as it says in the title. First, we'll start with warfare, the holoman is enclosed within a small portable device with tracks operated by remote control, small enought to fit in any webbing system carryed by a solider, when deployed simply swith on the tracked device and remote, a hologram of a solider will appear, full life size, can be set to sprit which appears if the soilder is running at a fast pace or jog or walk. Guide the holoman over terrain which you think there are hidden enemies, hopefuly the enemy will open fire giving away his position and giving you the upperhand. but why stop there, holotank holoplane even holobush. the possibilties are endless!! here one for you, holodog, a simply detranet for unwelcome visites and crimanals alike. ok, its late at night, your sleeping and some little git wants to rob your car, shed house whatever. but what the theif doesnt know is you recently installed a sensor which when triggered set off holodog, the dog appears and barks, and all the things anger dogs do, the robber runs empty handed. HOLOTHIS HOLOTHAT.

I have never thought of that.
It may be that this will indeed be employed in future soldiers or other uses.
