Unlike most people i am of aware about what people can do with their minds, the sixth sense, but the thing is i have a limit of i can self teach, and i was wondering if anybody has advice on what i can do for my sixth sense to grow...

Psychic abilities can be attained, through mental exercises and practice.
I myself achieved a very controversial psychic ability this way. But my goal was an extreme one and took me months and months of constant meditations, mental exercises and practice.

Well i have been able to find objects with my mind or sometimes predicts future events in short time not long time range, i guess those are the only 2 main ones that i would work on..

Well yes.... you see once you have something, you can see it grow, i guess it is what i meant.

If Precognition and Clairvoyance is what you wish to persue, then I suggest carrying along a deck of playing cards with you and practice with them. Also keep a notepad and pen with you.
What you want to do if you wish to work on Clairvoyance is to shuffle the deck and then one by one try to see through the top card to read its face...use your minds eye. Make a decision as to what card you think it is, don't second guess yourself, trust your feelings. Then you turn over the card and record how close you got. The odds of getting a card exactly correct in a deck of 52 is one in 52. The odds of getting the card correct but not the suit is one in 13. So on and so on until you get to the suit color, black or red 50-50 odds. After some time you will be surprised at how many cards over chance you will start to get correctly. Be sure that your deck is always in very good condition and there is no way of telling one card from the next by dirt blemishes or wear on their backs. As soon as it gets to be soiled or worn...get a new deck.

For precognition the object is to guess correctly the cards in order, all 52, before you shuffle them. Then record your results.
I found these helped me significantly.

I got to the point where I guesses 14 cards exactly correct in a deck once and averaged 7-8 cards.

There are exercises for Telepathy and Telekinesis as well.

I wrote a book on the Telekinesis exercises over 20 years ago.

I dunno ... I keep trying to move stuff with my mind and I haven'T had any success at all.

If you try correctly and do meditaion and mental exercises as well...everyday or near so, you will be successful eventually.
It will probably take months even years.

Ummm i might sound crazy, but i have been trying to move objects with my mom since i was little and i saw a movie about it haha....but i been trying that excersice that you told me about =]...practice all the way thank you soul drifter.

Telekinesis is very difficult to cultivate whithin.

I wrote a detailed book on it describing the exact method I used and put into an easy to follow instruction form.

It was back in 1981 in the fall when I finally achieved a result.
After almost 9 months of constant meditations, mental exercises and practice, I caused a pair of eyeglasses to move across a table top simply by gesture and thought.
If you really want to get to this point I strongly advise you to work on enhencing the other less sensational abilities. Practice with the cards everyday as often a day as is possible, but do not let this interfere with your daily expected duties either...do not let this consume you.

The bad thing to it was I had no witnesses to this, hence I always draw skepticism and doubt. This is of coarse very understandable considering that it is still considered fantasy by most of mainstream science.
I am sure you are aware of James Rhandi's offer. 1million dollars to anyne that can successfully prove they can do this.
He didn't have such an offer back then, else I might have gone for it.

One other thing that I found. For most people, they must keep using their psychic talent or else they eventually loose it. Age will also lessen your abilities, it seems, once you pass a certain age. Of coarse this varies with the individual.
Nina Kulagina, the Russian psychic, eventually lost her telekinetic abilities as she aged.

So that means one day my mental abilites will diminish when i grow old....that blows...i would think with the older you got, your power would grow greater... =/

I am no fan of Randi, i think he is an arrogant son of a turd, so I would love to see someone claim the prize.

I partly agree with you about James Rhandi.
Unfortumately I did not continue my persuits with telekinesis and I quickly lost the ability.
Note: My initial goal was simply to prove to myself, one way or the other whether or not this claimed ability was real or not. Needless to say I am now totally convinced and my belief in it now is permanently set in concrete...unshakable!
In hind sight I wish I would of continued with it, but it took almost all my free time doing the mental exercises.
The end result was more than worth it.

did you lose the ability or chose somthing different.you can't lose an ability can you?.is it not like riding a bike once you learn you got it.maybe your gift should be serving some good somewhere
