there is no pact,there is no exchange.they are in control,why need a pact.if a superior race wants somthing we are in no position to lay down the terms.they take ,we give and in return we get to see tomorrow.

I wouldn't look to deep into the coincidence in the letters that are present in both words. I believe the government(s) of the world are having some type of communication that is linked to aliens or their technology. I find it hard to believe humans took 75,000 years to get to where we were 100 years ago and in only the last 100 years we have had an incredible amount of technology that has totally influenced our evolution as an intelligent species. We are now going into the "Space age" man was supposed to of landed on the moon in 1969 but we have only just started tapping into the technology to make this possible.
