All i can think of is the Grays in Area-51 and the Maians in perfect dark. If you know some games with them, post plz.

An OLD game.. from when I was in uni.. (early to mid 90s) was "X-COM".. it had grays, reptilians.. and other stuff and at the time, was a bit scary.

Deus Ex: Invisible War (on original XBox) had a good storyline involving grays -- if you haven't played it already I would definitely check it out!

There was a wrestling game for Playstation(PS One) where you could wrestle a tall grey alien. I can't remember the name.

In the game Star Control 2 (1992), the Arilou Lalee'lay were a species that claimed to be the ones visiting earth in the 20th century, they also had inertialessly moving flying saucers in the game, by appearance they somewhat resemble the stereotypical grey:


they were also in Star Control 3 (1996) :

That's one of my all-time favourite games... the grays were called "sectoids". Here's a pic:

I guess they might have been included in the later X-COM games too, but i haven't given them a try..
