So, what do you think of this? Did anyone see the live version? before possible tampering. There is allot of really ridiculous "shape shifter" videos out there, but this one i think is a bit interesting. |

Filmed at night with shadows and light playing across his face. Talking a lot getting thirsty and licking his lips. Changing the clip speed to exagerate the effect of the shadow and light on his face. The broken light on his face coming from behind the camera nearly blinding him. Maybe headlights coming through a chain link fence or someting like that. Possibly a work or flood light shining through the weave of a work zone plastic barrier.
And those hand held or tripod mounted production video cameras have some pretty bright daylight correcting lights on them as well. Have seen those cams used at night but never operated one myself. Its BS. Thats my opinion. But I have never met a reptillion. And I am biased because I do not believe in shapeshifting. |

At first glance, it is interesting, but as one of the commenters said: when he tilts his face, the spots don't tilt with him. Bart, I didn't think about light through a fence. Nice call there. I don't know if it's light and shadow on HIM or the camera ... I don't think this looks like an editing job though. My guess is it's a straight up video that's been misinterpreted.

Yes, just a video problem.
The reporter, was probably asked, to move aside, while they tried to correct it |

I know this can happen sometimes when satellites are trying to get feed through a bad storm or interference. You get a weird tracking effect over moving parts in a video. It's explainable but still pretty eerie when it happens.
