looks like the witch on a broomstick video on you tube.it moves from left to right.i think it is livestock being moved by helicopter in sling.it doesn't move particulary fast and it is a very blurred image,so blurred you can't see the winch.if they panned up about 50ft you would see a helicopter or crane.but thats only a theory.

Not enough data to give a good opinion.
Could be a lot of things from an alien with their version of a jet pack, to just a fancy shaped balloon. I'll go with balloon. |
