Was I Abducted?

A few Days ago i had a really bad dream but this was like no other dream i have ever had, The "Dream" felt so real. I am going to walk you through what happend.
The night of the event i was in my bedroom it was late i was listening to music like i usually do and was chilling out
it was 2:00 am. I find it hard going to sleep, I thought i might try and go to sleep because of the time and i had school
the next day. I turned of my light and laptop and layed in bed waiting to go to sleep but i couldnt i felt as if something
was pressing against my matris i was lying on and as if it was moving slightly this lasted a minute and then it stopped.
I began falling alseep and evntually did. This is what i can recall of my dream - It started of about a snake for some reason
i had an image of a snake in my mind and it stayed there for a while the next thing i know there was a pain from the left side of my
stomach this went on all throughout the dream. I felt as if i was semi unconsious throughout the experience as i began to gain concisnous i began to try and move i could not.

I tried moving my arms and legs but couldnt i began to get very scared i couldnt move at all i tried to call my mum . When i tried to call for my mum nothing happend i couldnt speak i felt as if i couldnt open my mouth.
I was terrified i began to think through what was happening i could hear little noises all around me but paticullary from the left ear the noises sounded like high pitched ticking ,After a while my head began to twitch violently every minute or so i had no control over this i just layed there scared as i felt my body was being operated on. I yet again tried to move my body but couldnt i felt as if i had taken lots of heroin although i have never taken heroin
i could relate to the symptoms because i have read about the drug. Minutes later i began to regain consinous and as i opend my eyes wider i could see
3 outlines of bodys around me they did not move just stood there still i could not see there faces or any of there body as it was dark but i could
definatley see outlines of 3 bodys. Minutes Later i woke up scared i didnt know what to do , What i had experienced was no nightmare. Can anyone tell
me what happend or relate to my experiences ? At night i cannot sleep at all anymore without the aid of sleeping pills. I can hear noises these noises range
from tiking noises i heard in my dream to scratching. If i have not taken a sleeping pill at night sometimes after about 5 minute of laying there in bed i hear the noised i heared in my dream i always have to go to my light and turn it on because i can feel as if someone or something is in my room when i turn on my light these noises stop.

Since my dream i have had 3 side effects.

Ringing in my left ear this happens at least once or twice every 2 days and has kept happening sice my dream.
Constant Headaches - i get at least a headache a day again this has never happend before my dream.

Can anyone relate to this story? Am i crazy or was i abducted? I know im not going to get a straight answer but i would feel alot better of someone could relate to my story Thanks Jake

The ringing in the ears, the headaches, the trouble sleeping: it's all pretty common in abduction reports.

However, although it's possible that you were abducted, what you describe is a classic, textbook description of night-terrors.

Some things to think about:
1) You started with a genuine dream.
2) You moved into a semi-conscious state (night-terrors generally occur in this state)
3) You experienced paralysis (a common by-product of night-terrors, as movement inhibitors can keep us from physically acting out our dreams)
4) Although you saw figures, many people report ghostly figures or other hallucinations during night-terrors as the brain starts and fails to initiate genuine dreaming
5) You admit that you woke up

I should also point out that if you are taking sleeping pills but still feeling anxiety (as illustrated by fear - you turned on the lights - hallucinations - you heard sounds - and paranoia - you thought someone was in the room): you may be taking the wrong dosage. Although sleeping pills are 'downers', that is they are designed to bring the body rhythm down, in the wrong dosage, they can have the opposite effect. Please consult your doctor and consider a lighter dosage. Especially avoid taking sleeping pills with anything else with a sedative effect (cold medicines, muscle relaxants, alcohol).

I say this in the nicest way possible. I dont think you were abducted. this all shows like kirin said, classic nightmare deep sleep symptoms. A way to find out if this is true or if you really were abducted is to look at sleep. If you say something like "i will wake up if i have anightmare" to yourself over and over again and actrually believ!! that you will, scientists have proved that this helps you to have soem kind of mental power over yourself even when youre sleeping and this enables you to wake up

You know, Jake, for all we know, you WERE abducted. Maybe aliens put us in a state similar to the half-sleep in which night-terrors exist. All I know for sure is that the symptoms are consistent with night-terrors.

I had a prolonged paranormal experience (19 years ago this October), and I've had night terrors since. See, I have normal nightmares, which aren't that scary to me. Then, I have my 'special' dreams, which are strongly connected to what happened to me almost 19 years ago. These dreams are very strange and although some aren't bad at all (one was even funny), some of them have been so traumatizing that I was afraid to go to sleep for weeks afterward (I'd sleep, because I knew I had to, but it was really hard because I was so scared of meeting the thing that haunts my dreams). So I know where you're coming from. Having experienced it myself: no, night-terrors feel a lot different than normal nightmares. I think it's because it happens so close to waking, so close to the conscious mind, that it can be hard to separate. In face, the worst one was where I didn't remember falling asleep, didn't know I had woken up, wasn't sure where the dream began or where it ended, and it blended into reality so perfectly that it was truly one of the most terrifying things I've ever experienced.

Like they say though, just try lucid dreaming: controlling your dream when you're inside it. It's hard, but with enough will-power, you can control the dream.

Jake, you weren't abducted. What you experienced are all classic symptoms of sleep paralysis and/or night terrors. They are fairly common. I've had sleep paralysis several times, yes its scary but its just the nuerons in your head misfiring, no need to worry.

As for the symptoms you've been experiencing since, they all sound like symptoms of anxiety to me, anxiety can give you all sorts of physical symptoms, from headaches, dizziness, muscle pains etc. For the next few weeks i'd advise you to stop reading peoples scary stories about abductions, stop reading or thinking about UFO's, if you want to read anything read about peoples experiences of sleep paralysis and night terrors. Chill out for a few weeks, don't bother visiting this forum or reading UFO related material, and ill hedge a bet that in a month you'll feel fine.

As Skepp said, you should try and get your mind of of the UFO subject for a while and see if this changes anything.
While it is possible it could be an abduction, you must always consider all other possibilities first.
True alien abductions are very rare, despite the claims.

Sounds like to me you were tooken by them.It is common for them to put you in this state because it is easier for them to manipulated your mind. This is what one of them did to me.If you manage to have your eyes fully opened and have strong spiritual/mental strength you can move and see them more clearly. The thing is if you are able to move it is like trying to lift up your arm with something small but heavy on it.If you move in front of them it scares or interests them to where they use more powerful methods to take you.The more powerful methods let you have more sleep sometimes. It depends on what they need to know about you.

That was because Ben and the other skeptics kept demanding proof because they didn't understand which made her feel that there is no sense of being on here anymore.
