According to scale, it's only about 5mm across. Looks like the head of an embryo of something (they all look sorta alike at that stage)

OK, here aer some clues:

1) it is a fish
2) when fully grown, it is larger than an adult human being
3) when mature, it looks nothing like the baby in the pic
4) the cheetah is the fastest land mammal
5) kangaroos are marsupials
