I was on the computer (about 1am) and the light dimmed down (AND HAS NO DIMMER) and then I saw a white sparkling light outside for about 3 seconds. Anyone know what this could be?

Power transformer on power pole outside overheating. They overheat enough and fail then power loss.

Perhaps a small animal climbed the power pole and shorted it out for a moment, hence your dimming lights and sparks outside.
