OK, this strange happening involves two other people too. My brother and my best friend. As I said earlier I was around 21 + or - a year or two.
One day me and my friend were out just cruising and talking and for some reason thought I would mention this dream I had about spaceships. That's all I said at first, was that I had a crazy dream about them. The second I told him that he look at me a little funny and said, I did too. Now I was interested! I did not want to give any more away. I just wanted see what he had to say about his dream.
Here's how it went. The three of us were out frog gigging one night (for those who don't know what that is you go out at night to a pond one guy shines the light in the frogs eyes and the other gigs the frog) It's something we did a lot back in those days. So we were out getting some tasty frogs:) and there appeared these flashing lights in the distance. They were going back and forth from side to side at first. Then all the sudden they would shoot over top of us at amazing speed and then shoot back. Well we had no ideal what was going on all we could do is run down behind the levee of the pond and lay down there. After we got behind the levee they were still coming over top of us and then shooting out again. Then I said, that I was going to see what they wanted! I got up started over the hill and I remember my brother screaming at me telling NO! He grabbed my ankle and I fell. Sad to say that's it, that's all I or they can remember.
So, that is the story my friend had. Just exactly the same as my dream!
We were both a little freaked about it. We talked about for a little while, then decided we had to ask my brother about it, no matter how weird it sounded. We drove to my house and he was in the garage work on his car. We talked a little. I was hesitant to say anything as you might imagine. Then I just said it, Did you have a dream about spaceships the other night? He immediately came out from under the car and looked at us in a dumb founded and surprised way. You could tell that it really caught him off guard. We told him that we both had a dream about them too. I asked him to describe his dream before we said anymore and it was exactly the same as ours!
To this day I don't know what it was. Did it really happen or was it some kind of strange mental link we experienced. Considering the other things I have experienced in my life I am inclined to believe the latter.
I can recall several other instances of missing time, but in those cases I was alone. There are a few other things I would like to talk about, but just not now. It would be nice to have someone to talk about these thing. My brother and my friend prefer to just forget about it. Well there is not much more that can be said, considering the amount that can be remembered. There is hypnosis, but I am not sure about that.

It would have been fantastic if you guys would all write down what you had happen in your deams separately and without commuincation and then compare notes afterwards. This is so none of you can affect each other's stories by your own dream. IF you guys do write consistant stories with no discrepincies, then I'd check out a Hypno-therapist and set up three sessions. Have each of them compared and go from there. The best stories are ones with multiple witnesses. but it is VITAL that none of you talk to each other about your experiences for the fear of contaminating each other's thoughts. Wierd, but important.

Yes, it would have been ideal to do it that way, but we were more concerned with confirming the experience to ourselves then to others. As I said I was careful at first to just mention a dream about spaceships, I let no details of my experience out until after they had given their story.
If we had wrote down our stories separately it still would not have been any real proof of contact. At least not to anyone other then the three of us. Even though my screen name is Agnostic, I am convinced that these events did take place.
I have thought about hypnosis many times, but I am worries about false memories after so many years. I have been exposed to a lot of stories of abduction since then. I may one day try it however, because I have heard that it can help with some of the emotional issues that accompany contact.

This is true that you can be given false memories, but that would be on the part of the hypnotist. What happens is when your "under" a poor hypnotist, or one who wants you to have a certian answer, can ask loaded questions. Loaded questions like: "Who is there with you?" This doesn't sound loaded unless you realize that it automatically assumes there are people there. Other questions like: "Tell us about your alien abduction" is also very loaded because it also assumes the event occured. NOT saying that it didn't but the more accurate method would be to ask about what happened in the date in queston. The Hypnotist must askyou in a way that does not provide you answers. A queston he wouldn't know the answer to. If not, I believe its quite possible to be pumped full of false memories. I guess I would because I need the certainty of it all, was I or wasn't I? You may not, and if you don't care if other's believe you, even better for you because usually the general public can't believe this kind of story from the start. I guess as long as you are content with your story, sod every one else. Although I'd love to hear if you have any more stories, or events that you recal.
